Victor has extensive experience in areas such as Corporate Insolvency and Business Recovery, Maritime and Aviation and Dispute Resolution. He also has litigation experience representing his clients in the trial and appellate courts on matters relating to aviation, shipping, election petitions, commercial disputes, corporate insolvency and debt recovery.
He has put to good use his negotiation skills, particularly in settlement negotiations between Dana Airlines and the major ground victims of the “Dana Crash” of 3rd of June, 2012, amongst other cases.
Victor has been able to apply his acquired knowledge and skill towards proper management, restructuring, rescue or concessioning of rig assets of big companies such as Seawolf Oilfield Services Limited, Onward Paper Mill Limited and Bendel Feed and Flour Mill Limited under receivership appointed by some financial institutions and also Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, as well as recovering the debts owed to the secured creditors.
