• Life and non-life insurance, insurance and re-insurance of credit risks, ships, aircrafts, cargo, product liability, professional indemnity and environmental pollution insurance policies, insurance claims and liabilities generally.

• Advising and preparing documents for the perfection & registration of syndicated loans, legal and ship mortgages and other securities for loans.
